Church Of Cognizance (COC) Wellness Centers

Trained and Licensed Providers, at Wellness Centers of the Church of Cognizance, serve an important function promoting Spiritual and Physical Health, Healing, and the "General Wellness" of COC members; and certain other persons known to be in need of those healing properties of Haoma.

Above is a Blank copy of License issued to Wellness Centers that have been trained by an Enlightened Cogniscenti, or Cultural Information Center of the Church of Cognizance. To be valid it must include an embossed seal of the certifying Authority.
