How did the Cocaine issue come into this case?
While Tim Kripner was out of Jail on Pre-trial release he gave a Urine test that was positive for, Cocaine, Methaphetamine, and Marijuana. His bond was revoked and he went back to Jail. He entered a guilty plea in August 2006. Since that time, he has been released again on bond while awaiting sentencing, which will depend on the effectiveness of his testimony in securing a conviction of Dan and Mary!
