A institute (cache) is a permanent organizational body instituted for a given purpose. The word institute comes from the Latin word institutum meaning facility or habit, from instituere meaning build, create, raise or educate.

Religious pertains to an adherance, being strongly bonded, to a religion, or to a reliance. Both the words Rely and Religion come from the same Latin word religare (re=again + ligare=to bind) a strong bond. Thus the simplest and non-theocentric definition of providing equal freedom of religion is an unalienable right of individuals, "acting in a peaceful demeanor", to put their faith in, and to exercise, any reliance they hold based on any belief they hold!

Today many people may wrongfully define Religion (cache) as a system of social coherence based on a common group of beliefs or attitudes concerning an object, person, unseen being, or system of thought considered to be supernatural, sacred, divine or highest truth, and the moral codes, practices, values, institutions, and rituals associated with such belief or system of thought. It is sometimes used interchangeably with "faith" or "belief system", but is more socially defined than that of personal convictions. This is a falacy which deprives the equal rights of athiest or individuals to exercise their beliefs with Liberty of Conscience to put "faith" in that which they desire to "rely''

The Religious Institute of the Church of Cognizance was created to form an organizational body to educate the world of the Ethno-Socio-Religious_Minority wherein regardless of theosophic beliefs, or not, members are united with their human freedoms to identify as a group with the common sacred entity upon which they all rely, religiously.
